  • girl: I can't help it, this school has a lot of cute boys!

  • student 1: nooo, like, what ARE you? are you like puerto rican?
  • me: I'm half chinese, half japanese american
  • student 2: oooh wow, your english is really good!
  • me: (winces) I was born in america
